Compliance auditing
Check a VDOT Design-Build SOQ or Technical Proposal before you submit.
Design-Build Studio holds two AI auditors. The SOQ Auditor reads your RFQ and Statement of Qualifications, pulls every business and individual license you claim, and checks each one live against Virginia DPOR and the SCC. The Technical Proposal Auditor pulls every shall / must / required rule from RFP Parts 1 and 2 and checks both proposal volumes against them, the way a tough evaluation panel would.

Pay per audit run
How it works
- Upload the RFQ and SOQ, or RFP Parts 1 and 2 with Volumes I and II.
- The auditor extracts the requirements and checks your documents against them.
- Download the PDF report and fix the gaps while there is still time.
What goes in, what comes out
You provide
- RFQ document .pdf
The Request for Qualifications PDF issued by VDOT. Max size 50 MB. - SOQ document .pdf
The Statement of Qualifications PDF you want audited. Max size 50 MB. - RFP Part 1 .pdf
Administrative section of the Request for Proposals (forms, formatting, submittal rules). - RFP Part 2 .pdf
Technical / engineering section of the RFP. Failure to meet any Part 2 requirement renders the proposal non-responsive. - Technical Proposal — Volume I .pdf
Narrative volume with Letter of Submittal and all appendices (8.5x11 with 11x17 fold-outs). - Technical Proposal — Volume II .pdf

You get
- Compliance audit report .pdf (SOQ_Report.pdf)
A merged PDF containing the AI-generated VDOT compliance review, the extracted license tables, and the DPOR + SCC validation matrix showing pass / fail status for every license and entity claimed. - Compliance audit report .pdf (typically 30–60+ pages)
Enterprise PDF with: cover + document inventory, full-page RESPONSIVE / NON-RESPONSIVE verdict, executive summary with per-section + per-discipline breakdowns, dedicated 'Fatal Findings' section, full Administrative Compliance Matrix (RFP Part 1), one section per engineering discipline for Technical Compliance (RFP Part 2), Cross-Volume Reconciliation findings, and an appendix with the complete mined-rule inventory. Every row shows the verbatim RFP quote, the verbatim proposal evidence (or its absence), the proposal page number, and a 3–5 sentence auditor reasoning.
